KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve topline business sales targets for the project assigned on a monthly basis-individually as well as through the team. Cascade down the targets within the team and ensure targets are achieved.
Implement Sales Strategies as conceptualized by Management; Discounts/ Offers/ Schemes planned for the assigned project.
Generate Leads through cold calling and other sources. Manage a proper Lead Management system to tap new Business opportunities.
Handling escalations from Sales team in negotiating & closing the deals, or customers query resolution.
Work with marketing team in executing promotional activities (ATL & BTL) as per territory and project requirement. Executing action plan for New Project Launches and campaigns.
Work with Marketing Team to ensure efficient execution of on floor and regular BTL activities (like Canopies, etc.) followed by the teams.
Build and maintain relationships with Key customers to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing projects.
Proactively identifying and highlighting process gaps to achieve customer delight.
Review and analyze shortfalls on weekly and monthly basis. Take corrective actions towards achievement of targets.
Provide market trends and sales information and inputs to Senior Management Team for analysis and formulating Sales Strategy and Sales forecast.
Assist Project Heads in conducting Consumer Surveys, Competitor analysis (to track competition), Market analysis to align the sales strategies.
Operational
Regular contact and rapport building with Banks for Project Approvals, facilitation of loans as required by the customers,
Upkeep and maintenance of all Sales and revenue data for the Project handled.
Publish monthly and quarterly reports to management and other stakeholders for analysis. Categorization with respect to flats, shops or other office spaces sold and inventory status.
Initiative to build, improvise and enhance systems and processes to improve productivity and performance.
Set standards and procedures for proper documentation (Booking forms, Agreements, Sale Deeds etc.). Establish checkpoints through Quarterly Audits.
Work with Collection Team to keep outstanding collection amount low and improvise continuously. Encourage team and guide on effective Collection techniques.
Team Building & Management
Building up High performance team by regular Coaching, guidance on Sales techniques to the team for enhanced performance.
Identify top performers and provide grounds for their professional and personal growth through inclusive team leadership.
Monitoring & Reviewing mechanism for the team including monthly tracking and weekly sales reporting
Facilitating healthy intra and inter departmental peer relationships in order to seamlessly achieve the company revenue targets
